Description:
Establishes a solid business base selling core products of Hardwood Export. Expands customer base while strengthening long-term customer relationships by prospecting and cold calling; providing superior customer service and product technical support; order entry and administrative follow-through for each account sold; and resolution of customer claims. Develops business/sales/customer management plans to meet goals. Occasionally travels to meet with customers, suppliers, vendors and potential new accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:
2+ yrs demonstrated successful commission based sales experience is required. Basic level of proficiency in MS Windows, Word and Excel is required. Ability to travel overnight is required. Excellent customer service skills, professional and effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with little supervision, ability to pay attention to detail, multitask and organize, and a proactive, initiating approach to sales are essential to success. Foreign language fluency (Italian, French and/or other European language)0 and/or knowledge of related business cultures are a plus.

Description:
This warehouse position requires an understanding of engineered wood products, building, and cutting house packages. Moves up to 60 feet of engineered wood products with a forklift; all aspects of lumberyard, truck loading and rail car unloading (Parrallam, LVL, I- Joist).

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift license and 2+ years experience in warehouse environment. Excellent attendance record. Ability to work 40+ hours per week in outdoor environment.

Description:
Responsible for planning, development, implementation and refinement of a customer focused and service oriented IT organization across all of the company. Responsible for design, development, implementation of a customer service desk and processes to support the organization. Responsible for providing project management and guidance of major initiatives across the company that require close coordination of all IT resources (applications, infrastructure, and development). The focus of our work across all the IT organization will be to utilize Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts and methods to organize, manage and measure the IT function. The position operates under a broad set of parameters and is responsible for facilitating and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Significant work will be required with business leaders, end users, and IT personnel to determine the system requirements, support services and support levels of the business and what can be provided. These needs will result in the ITIL based processes, organization, and measurements to meet the needs of the business and maximize the profitability of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive project management experience. Experience in management, supervision and guidance of a customer service team. Some experience in software development, systems administration and enterprise applications. Experience in multi-site organization and support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills and problem solving skills. Knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Experience with MicroSoft Office suite including: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
